3.项目背景Projectbackground

为建设翠亨新区公共文化高地，立足建设国际化、现代化、创新型城市新中心定位，以服务粤港澳大湾区文化需求为目标，进一步扩大文化供给，以翠亨新区为建设重点，依托翠亨新区起步区马鞍岛作为深中通道落脚点的优越地理位置和交通条件，建设一批跨区域、跨文化辐射力和影响力的知名文化设施，打造成为服务湾区的公共文化中心。

InordertobuildapublicculturalhighlandinCuihengNewDistrict,basedonthepositioningofanewinternational,modern,andinnovativecity,itaimstoservetheculturalneedsoftheGuangdong-HongKong-MacaoGreaterBayAreaandfurtherexpandtheculturalsupply,relyingontheexcellentgeographicallocationandtrafficconditionsofMaanIsland-thestartingareaofCuihengNewDistrictasthefootholdoftheShenzhen-ZhongshanPass,anumberofwell-knownculturalfacilitieswithcross-regionalandcross-culturalradiationandinfluencewillbebuilttobethepublicculturalcenterservingtheBayArea.

为高标准、高水平推动翠亨新区公共文化设施建设，以“网红打卡点”方式塑造城市形象和城市名片，特开展“翠湾文化艺术中心建筑方案创意征集国际竞赛”，公开征集具备国际视野、高水平、高标准的设计方案，以指导翠湾文化艺术中心的建设。

InordertopromotetheconstructionofpublicculturalfacilitiesinCuihengNewDistrictwithhighstandardsandlevels,buildcity’simageandbusinesscardwillbeshapedbymeansof“aninternet-famoussite”,the“InternationalCompetitionofArchitecturalSchemeforCuiwanCultureandArtCenter”hasbeenlaunchedtopubliclycollectdesignschemeswithhigh-level,high-standardinternationalvisiontoguidetheconstructionofCuiwanCultureandArtCenter.
